Join us for an interactive En-ROADs Climate Simulator workshop focused on the critical theme of global warming and its relationship with climate action in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This workshop is strategically timed ahead of COP 28, which the UAE is set to host in Dubai from November 30 to December 23. COP 28 will bring together signatory countries of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCC) and Paris Agreement to address the urgent need to keep global temperature rise below 1.5 °C since pre-industrial times. With current global temperatures already 1.1°C above pre-industrial levels, transformative change is essential across all sectors to avert further escalation.

Emirates Nature-WWF invites you to engage in an enlightening interactive Climate Workshop using the En-ROADs Climate Simulator. This powerful tool has been instrumental in guiding governments and industry leaders to explore effective solutions for mitigating climate change. By the end of the workshop, participants will collaboratively create a scenario that limits global warming to less than 2°C, striving for 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels. They will propose comprehensive policy and technological solutions, delving into critical topics such as food systems, energy dynamics, and climate justice.
