Only employees of participating organisations should sign up for the Corporate subscription. If your organisation does not have a corporate subscription, you can choose the Individual subscription plan.

Yes, you will earn a certificate upon completion of each training module.

Yes, you can put your subscription on hold for a maximum period of 3 months. After 3 months, you will need to re-activate your subscription in order to complete the remaining time left on your subscription

Yes, field volunteering opportunities are only open to volunteers. Volunteers are eligible to attend one field volunteering activity for free, and can choose to pay to attend additional field volunteering opportunities. Registration is required to secure your spot.
Volunteer hours are calculated based on the activities you take part in. The number of hours attributed to each activity varies. Once we verify that you have completed an activity, the hours will be awarded and appear on your dashboard.
If you miss one of the sessions of the training module, you can ask for a recording of the session and complete tasks in order to earn corresponding volunteer hours.

You can also access our library of ‘on-demand’ online training courses which you can complete at any time, and at your own pace.
Yes, you must complete all 4 training modules and attend all 6 Majlis & Talk sessions to receive your programme completion certificate at the end of the year.
