Decode, Facilitate, Inspire!

Decode, Facilitate, Inspire is the Lead element of the Climate Decoded Impact Track, designed to help participants move from understanding climate change to communicating it with confidence.

After exploring planetary boundaries, measuring personal footprints, and testing climate solutions through the Climate Simulator, this session focuses on how to take those learnings beyond yourself. Participants will reflect on what they have discovered, identify the key messages that matter most to them, and learn how to share climate concepts in a way that is clear, engaging, and action-oriented.

Through guided discussion and practical facilitation tips, participants will explore how to lead conversations, support awareness in their own communities, and inspire others to take meaningful climate action. Whether you are speaking to friends, colleagues, students, or your wider network, this session will help you translate climate knowledge into real-world impact.
