WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF THE SESSION?

The session aims to highlight EWEC’s pivotal role in advancing the UAE’s clean energy transition, showcase its collaborative e?orts with Emirates Nature–WWF towards achieving Net Zero 2050, demonstrate how renewable energy contributes to protecting the nation’s natural heritage, and inspire individuals and communities to embrace sustainable practices.

Central to the discussion will be EWEC’s role in the Clean Energy Certificates programme, the official mechanism that allows Abu Dhabi consumers to certify the source of their clean energy usage and empowers them to achieve their sustainability goals.
