Emirates Nature-WWF is committed to providing our Leaders of Change with an exceptional experience.
When a community member cancels their booking at a very short notice, it prevents others from joining our activities. No shows and late cancellations can have a negative impact on the quality of our activities and also diminish the positive impact of our activities on the environment.
For these reasons, we have created a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.
Leaders of Change
The activities offered in the Leaders of Change programme are divided into three pillars: Train, Ideate and Act. Each pillar provides a different set of experiences and different cancellation measures.
- Train
- Cancellations can be made more than 24 hours prior to a Train session. In this case, your Train credits will be returned to your account.
- No shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to a Train session will result in the loss of your Train credits.
- Ideate
- In case of cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to an Ideate session, please notify us via the dedicated Leaders of Change channels of communications (see below).
- Act
- Cancellations can be made 48 hours prior to an Act experience. In this case, your ACT credits will be returned to your account.
- No shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to an ACT experience, will result in the loss of your ACT credits.
Non-Members
- Train
- Cancellation can be made more than 48 hours prior to a Train session. In this case, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.
- If no shows or cancellations are made less than 48 hours prior to a Train session, the full amount will be charged.
- Ideate
- In case of cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to an Ideate session, please notify us through the channels listed below.
- Act
- Cancellations can be made 72 hours prior to an Act experience. In this case, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.
- If no shows or cancellations are made less than 72 hours prior to an ACT activity, the full amount will be charged.
Cancellation or Rescheduling of Activities by Emirates Nature-WWF
In some cases, the activity may be cancelled by Emirates Nature-WWF. If this happens, all credits used for the cancelled experience will be returned. Participants who registered via payment for the cancelled event will be issued a full refund within 14 days.
In some cases, the activity may be rescheduled by Emirates Nature-WWF. If this happens, all bookings will be rescheduled to the new date automatically. In case you wish to cancel your booking on the new rescheduled date, please issue a cancellation request through the channels listed below.
