Nature's Perfume: A Scent-Filled Hike

Have you noticed the abundance of wildflowers in the mountains after the rains this winter? The scent of nature is hard to beat, but bottling that fragrance often means harvesting tons of petals, which isn’t possible for our wildflowers.

Emirates Nature WWF is joining forces with CPL Aromas to capture the smell of the UAE’s wildflowers! Join experts in the field, equipped with “Headspace”, an innovative technology that allows perfumers to recreate the authentic scents of nature in a way that isn’t harmful to the plant.

We will hike into the wadis of Fujairah searching for our most fragrant flowers including Shua’a trees (Moringa peregrina). Join us to learn all about this fascinating process, how it respects and preserves the wildlife and exemplifies nature-positive business practice.

Who can participate?

This session is open to all Leaders of change aged 18 years and above.
