Introducing The Earth Prize 2023

Guiding our Youth to create solutions for the greatest issues facing our world today.

Youth are inheriting a planet facing climate and biodiversity crises at unprecedented rates, yet are often left out of creating solutions. The $200,000 Earth Prize competition brings youth to the forefront of solving environmental and sustainability challenges by providing inspiration, education, mentorship, and empowerment opportunities.

About the Activity

During the 2021-2022 competition, the Earth Prize received 650+ applications from more than 1,000 schools and programmes across the globe. Two of our youth ambassadors reached the final stage of the competition, and received access to youth mentors and Nobel-prize winning advisors for their idea of a digital platform that matches funding and volunteering opportunities with under-served conservation and environmental organisations.

Through this process, we have seen firsthand how the Earth Prize harnesses the passion of young people to take control of their futures, and are seeking new participants to create Leaders of Change youth teams for entry into this round of competition.

Join us to learn more about how you or your children can be part of this process. You will learn about the competition, resources, timelines, and requirements.
