Fast fashion is responsible for more annual carbon emissions than all international flights & maritime shipping combined. Learn from a local business about how you can reduce your fashion footprint.
Fast fashion makes shopping for clothes more affordable, but it comes at an environmental cost.
The fashion industry is responsible for 10% of humanity’s carbon emissions. 85% of all textiles go to the dump each year. And washing some types of clothes sends thousands of bits of plastic into the ocean.
So how can we as consumers reduce our fashion footprint?
Join us in this exclusive session to get answers to this problem. We will be joined by Gergana Abdulrahman, founder of Wild Fabrik, an
eCo-friendly destination where mindful consumers can connect with sustainable retailers and conscious clothing brands.
This session is virtual and will take place on Wednesday, 11th May from 4 PM to 5 PM.
This session is free to attend and hence is open to everyone.

Interesting discussion around a business that promotes sustainable fashion. Maybe change the title of the conference though as I was expecting more key facts on the fashion industry overall, its impacts on the environment and the key improvement levers.
very interesting interactive discussion. enjoyed it completely.
